03-01-18…30 days from today?

My morning routine for preparing my daily email is to go through the various Google alerts I have set, look through the latest infographics, see what some of the latest thought leaders across real estate, marketing, the economy, etc. have recently said.  All with the idea of what can I share that will bring value to you as a reader.

As usual this morning I found lots of little nuggets and have stowed much away in my Pocket app for later use.

However, as I looked down at the lower right hand corner of my computer something really stuck out at me...

That's right...2018 is rapidly marching on and in a mere 30-days we'll all be making assessments about how we've done in Q1.

Public companies will be reporting their results, media reports will abound about how dreadfully we've kept our new years resolutions, and your FB timeline will be filled with marketers telling you how their product could have helped you produce 10x more results in Q1 than you did so you better jump on now before Q2 has come and gone with more of the same.

How is it going to feel in 30-days when all of that hits?

How about this instead?

You have 30-days to really press the gas.

All things real estate take time...

  • check
    marketing takes time
  • check
converting leads to appointments takes time
  • check
deals under contract take time to sell
  • check
moving through the closing process takes time
  • check
if you're rehabbing at any level that takes time
  • check
going back out to market with the finished product takes time
  • check
moving through the closing process again takes time

Pressing the gas now will give you the opportunity on April 1st to look back at the last 30 days of hyper activity and know that Q2 is on course.  It will give you the opportunity to know that you can operate in hyper activity for a 30 day stretch and if you've done that for the last 30 when not continue through April 30th and beyond?

For those of you who are on target for Q1 I don't think you are off the hook either?  Is there even just a bit of extra gas in the tank?  Could just a bit more activity in the next 30 days be what it takes to make 2018 your break-out year?  Something to consider?

Ok, time to wrap this up and take my own advice here.  Reply back and let me know how you are doing after the first 60-days and what you will be changing in the next 30?

We're here to assist you as you evaluate your progress.  What assistance do you need to make the next 30 days head spinning?  Give me a call at 1-833-FUNDYES and let us know.
